I've actually been having trouble with the poker tab for the last few weeks. I connect to a tournament or any other game and I don't see my cards. I didn't clear the cache... that might be the problem. Today I will try again if it is the same and if clearing the cache does not help, then I will definitely contact Sorsis.
Btw, I also don't like that the chat on the site is only available to those who have bet more than $1,000. I think this limit should be reduced by 10 times.

I was having the same problem, and thanks to the Internet I found the solution to it.
When in Poker section, go to Preferences here
Then open DESIGN tab here
And choose Inverted Colors instead of Four Color Deck here:
