UPDATE.
No withdrawal today, it’s still pending. Tried contacting Sofia today couldn’t get a hold of her. Constantly being told she’s not available. A support agent did tell me this though

I’ve been told I’ll be emailed an update for the past 2 weeks now and I haven’t received one email. I’ve had to constantly go in live support to get answers and I’m unable to get direct answers. It’s been over a week now, first it’s the finance manager, then it’s license holder and now I’m being told the compliance manager. Just seems like rocketpot is trying to further delay. Changed title thread back to “refusing” and will be reopening scam thread if I don’t get my 10k payment or hear back by the end of the day
I understand your frustration but perhaps it is good to wait for one more week or so, before being more aggressive and restarting the scam thread again. I am saying this on the basis that they have already paid you some amount and hopefully they can pay the rest of the money too. Starting scam accusations against them may force them to change their mind and not pay at all.
If you do not see any progress in 7-10 days, you can proceed with your intentions.
Meanwhile, any new person reading this, avoid playing at Rocketpot.io and wait if they manage to pay all to the OP.
