However, this is truly a baseless accusation.

I will share the details we talked to you via e-mail here. Because this seems like an attempt to damage our reputation.

You made a deposit of €11,283.55 yesterday and you have earned €111978.41. Congratz!

After then you requested a withdrawal of €20,000.
A few hours after your request, we approved your withdrawal request and sent the payment to your account.

Today, you submitted a withdrawal request again during the day. Your withdrawal request has been rejected because the 24-hour limit has not been reached and you have been informed by e-mail.

When we check the logs, you were logged into your account from a device different from the region you are in. First you or someone else activate 2FA verification then playing Wild cash game.



After your all balance was lose, you contacted us and shared with us that you had 2FA verification on your account and that your account was compromised.

To assist you, we've authenticated you and removed two-step verification from your account.
From this point on, you accuse us of being a SCAM.

There are two different questions here.
-If you are not the player who did this, let us cooperate with you and let us check the logs in depth.

-However, if you are the player who made this transaction and after losing the balance, it is really sad to respond to these accusations. We paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to too many players.
