I think you missed this part , I'm not saying that we can perfectly keep safe from hacker but with OP has a complete understanding about the system? I'm afraid that he would ever be fooled or victimized by hackers(At least not this time because it looks like a clear case for me)

I indeed missed that part (merits for you), so while that doesn't mean 100% that it's impossible for him to have been hacked, I'm leaning more in favour of the OP.
Anyway, this would be better off on the Scam Accusations board, so I'm going to report it to be moved, that way, if more people are affected it can be seen in the thread.
