you should invest time to monitor the price movement before making decisions mate. Because buying at the fluctuation is very skeptical and its doesn't mean always that the price will bounce back afterwards and will continue to make another higher highs in the graph as it depends on some factors.. So be aware if i were you.. Make TA first before anything else.
