Pros:
1. Using Cloudflare for DNS/Security.
2. HTTPS connection.
3. Realtime Instant Withdrawals.

Cons:
1. Bad UI overall, colors are contrasting each other.
2. Poor understanding of using Font Weight and Size, like "Powered by the Lightning Network" should be bolder, not bigger.

4. No customer care service, you are just using a discord server to help users out.
