You have a good investment plan, but the problem is it's hard to tell when bitcoin will certainly reach that point. Although the market looks more bearish, but the movement of bitcoin is still unpredictable. It goes back and forth, up and down. How about try DCA so you will never miss the perfect opportunities to buy. Setting a good price when to buy is good, but as bitcoin is highly volatile, we can never tell if it has reached its bottom price or not.
