Yups Duelbits is supportive and answering anything in regards to our issues mate and like what you said? i have settled also a problem in the past and they replied and answered shortly .
though 48 hours is not that long for waiting as we are talking about KYC here .
Yep, Duelbits customer service is really fast to address your issues, so it's understandable if they didn't have active representative in this forum. Though in some case there's few issues need more times since they need to look the whole account, system etc to see the account broke their rules or genuine gamblers.
I ever KYC-ed centralized service and it take long 7-14 days, 2 days is still tolerateable.
