The Bundesliga is very boring, with Bayern Munich ruling the Bundesliga every season. Bayern Munich also spends the most money to form teams in the Bundesliga. Teams like Dortmund or Leipzig do not add players to the team by spending too much money. And so they are not able to win the competition with Bayern Munich. If Bayern Munich wants to break the dominance, Dortmund and Leipzig will have to spend a lot of money to bring in more talented players.
I agree with you there. But the reason is not only that the other clubs have less money at their disposal. Another reason is that Bayern Munich buys the good and talented players from the other clubs. And many players think that they will play for the professionals, but most of the time they are only allowed to play in the second team (which is even only the 4th league in Germany).
