I am having major issues with Betja at the moment. I initiated a withdrawal of bitcoins yesterday, and as it was still pending 24 hours later, I contacted customer support a couple of hours ago on their telegram. In the meantime, customer support has blocked me on telegram and the betja website seems to have been taken down, with my money locked on there of course...
Anyone here with a similar experience? Is there a representative from BetJA.com who could provide some help here?

Thanks a lot for your response. Unfortunately the website is not up (the front end does load if you try and access it from a browser that has the website "in memory" with cache/cookies etc. but you can't log in anymore and it's not accessible from other browsers). Customer support deleted their telegram account actually, so it's not looking good...
