What is the minimum amount of merit for eligible users to join this program? For example less than 20, 30, or 40 merit from the next rank? I think you should inform users about this so that it is easier for you to take action against unqualified spammers.
This has been discussed before, it's on the first page, I said this is all for fun, there is actually no limit because even if someone was to merit you based on what you have here, it is not necessary that all the merit you need to advance to your next rank must come from such person, and beside, this thread is not a "help newbie to rank up" kind of thread like that which Ratimov have, this is plainly for fun, just counting down to your next rank.
