i can not withdraw my balance from this bookmaker. This is the situation after they freeze my account for 10 days, void my bets without explanation and now freeze my withdrawal for 5 days after their operator authorize my withdrawal. Customer service keep me hanging with stupid excuses...they just want me to forget about my money.

There are two official Betnomi accounts active in forum, but they should reply to you and explain reason for pending withdrawal on their website chat.
I don't know if they changed something this year, but I remember last year they had to proceed some withdrawals manually, so it was slower process and you had to wait.
