This is a very extreme, exceptional case. 
Rather, players become so dependent on the game that they can lose all their money and even money that they borrowed from friends or relatives.  Then it is already necessary to treat this mental illness.  And this addiction to gambling is quite difficult to cure. 

But, BK8 has nothing to do with it. 
The casino works well and I have not yet seen any sharply negative and normally justified claims from the players.  And of course, the largest crypto-casino in such a vast country cannot allow any violation of the rights of players.
