There are 3 possibilities here::
1. The op squandered their winnings and then turned around to blame the casino - Slotella.
2. Slotella took it upon themselves to lock the op out of his account and then proceeded to lose his winnings to avoid paying out the remaining €90,000
3. Someone else - a third party - hacker, friend, family member - had access to the op’s account and lost €90k euros just for the heck of it.
I don't subscribe to the 3rd scenario. It makes absolutely no sense for a hacker - if indeed there was one - to gain access to the account and throw it all away.
Why would they even bother playing? Since even if they had won anything they were fully aware that they couldn't withdraw any funds? - Assuming they had tried withdrawing earlier and failed.
Did the op do it? Maybe, but I highly doubt it. I have never heard or seen any casino, anywhere, reimburse bets that were lost due to hacks.
As far as we know the 2 parties that had access to the account were the op and the casino.
The timing of the “hack” makes me side with the op. Somebody was aware of the withdrawal limits and cycle, and knew when exactly the first 24 hrs cycle would expire.
The ONLY beneficiary of the alleged hack is the casino - Slotella. How convenient!
