Things to obey:
1. A gambler should gambling as an entertainment, not as a way to make money or the earning source of money.
Op this is a good list that would be adhered to in a utopian society. Having said this, I think it should be "
Things to consider" and not
"Things to obey". Obedience here doesn't guarantee "success in gambling". The fact is that not everyone has the luxury of gambling for entertainment. For some people is another source of income. So they take it very seriously. I am not referring to those who turn to gambling as a coping mechanism from life's challenges.
I think that the core of all this, or what it means by obeying is that if one plays just for fun (not looking for profit) the person internally relaxes, I think that the human brain forgetting that it is money that is being risked or he just doesn't care, he plays with a much higher level of being reckless, while if you play to win, you don't take risks, and those risks are necessary, that's why, when I play I totally lose money, I don't care if I lose it, because I'm satisfied that I got what I was looking for and it was fun, a very different thing if I win, I learned that quickly with the blows.
