you have to make your strategy for investment and risk management plan. blockchain is a new technology so there is huge project which is never gonna be work. that's why bear market is good . it will give us the idea which project will be work in the future . so right now it's not a good time to invest in a new project . but if you understand the project fundamental very well & you are sure this will sustain in future you can invest . it will give you much more return then bitcoin.
