Being a scammer of generally untrustworthy is not a blunder. It's a conscious decision one makes. A user doesn't just unknowingly become untrustworthy, you took actions which the general community or some other users considered to be so.
If the Profit Trust Rating is Green then the user is considered as the Legit to trade and Intrect because he is having good feedbacks by DT members.
Trust feedbacks us only a suggestion. It is not an indication that a user is trade worthy or not.
Check references on feedbacks and verify if it's correct based on your judgement.

Neutral trust is also not an indication of a legit user to trade with.
