Yes, Chinese community exists and is stronger than english one.
I've been told that:
- mobile wallet is being developed
- there's hard fight to get FATE added to mintpal exchange https://www.mintpal.com/voting - that's the main exchange they are focused at right now so please focus on it as well and VOTE, VOTE, VOTE!
The conclusions are that there's something, maybe even a lot, going on behind the curtain

Do they have a forum? Chrome translate sucks but but I would be interested in checking it out.

I've asked QQ FateCoin about the forum today but with no answer. If you want you can try to find it by yourself google: 随缘币 FateCoin - that's how I found the QQ group.
