That type of stuff happens all the time. I mean ISP's do not really pick everything very carefully. Even if we assume there is a certain ISP that "bans" all gambling in that nation, they could miss some of them, based on keywords basically.

So, when there is an update on a website, it could make it go very bad, or could make it go very well. That is why I believe that we shouldn't really be shocked about anything at all. Doesn't mean that it's going to be great, it just means that we shouldn't be shocked about the current situation and why there will always be some people who could join it or not in and out constantly like that for a long time.
