Any one have issues with fan speed, power limit through not applaying properly gpu clocking profile? Other parameters such as gpu clock speed, memory speed are fine applaying and changes. Funny thing that I can change manually fan speed on NVIDIA, can decrease but not increase fan speed for AMD, through Awesome Miner GPU clocking at the bottom interface

It's very important issue if it's massive problem, I broke my head in search what causes confict: I turned off AMD driver, MSI Afterburner, Aqua computer service to avoid potencial fan speed conflict, reinstalled x64 runtime libs, but still no luck.

Might Hyper-V cause a conflict because I am running Homebridge on remote miner?
