I've read that Bayern munich is trying to sign in Mattias De ligt from Juve for the next year for a sum of 80 m€ 
I think that it is really ridicolous considering that De light is not so strong, in juventus he hasn't made some good things, hope that Bayern will not buy him, it would be a waste of money in my opinion.

This is just a rumor, because De Ligt doesn't feel at home with Juventus anymore, so he has been associated with several other teams. in fact now De ligt is very close to Chelsea.
Bayern Munich obviously wants this player badly but there is no way that de Ligt is worth 80 million. I know that a lot of potential players are worth close to hundred million nowadays, and the amount of money that a club can get, a hundred million is not too much in this Era but I think it is quite a lot of money for a Defender. If the deal is finalized in 80 million total, I will not have any problems, to be honest. But I don't think that really is going to be finalized in 80 million. Bayern Munich will have to spend more than 80 million to get this player.
I agree with you the price is unreasonable Bayern Munich should be able to get another player for a lower price but with the same ability
But there's no need to rush Bayern Munich must wait for the right moment
