Has this case actually taken 22 days with no resolve? If so, does everyone think that's ok? Seems a bit long IMO. I don't mind a site taking a few days to complete an extended check on a person but a few weeks is ridiculous.

@Hhampuz I know you have contacted your duelbits rep, could you please ask them what the hold up is? I know it's not your job to do so, just asking if it's possible to speed them up.
Actually 23 days now :-)

 Shocked

this is definitely very strange, i know they are a reliable casino on this forum, but taking 23 days to resolve your case is not something that looks professional. because I don't understand what's so special to investigate to take 23 days? in a few days it's easy to determine if someone has cheated, if someone is counting too many accounts, if someone is abusing bonuses.... all these things are easy for casinos to find out because people investigating this have been doing this work for years and that you already have vast experience in this type of investigation, you don't need to take 23 days to give an opinion for your case.

Probably the casino suspects that there may have been some violation of the rules or a game error. These things happen and if this is a game bug, the casino must consult that with game provider. This, unfortunately, always takes a long time. Unfortunately, such situations must always be carefully checked so that they do not happen again in the future.
