We didn't know which one is wrong and which one is the liar, honestly the explanation of the representative didn't really convince me and they're still a new casino, there's no reason why I should trust their words. While the victim have explained the situation, but keep shouting the casino is scam, isn't a professional. But for sure, we will see the truth in the long term.
Actually that is also what i was thinking when i first read the post of the claimant , but since he said that he almost done with this and will not go further then maybe he had realized that he is fighting for nothing as there is no concrete proof to deliver.
but you are also correct since this site is fresh and had proven nothing aside from that bonus offered that at some point even scam site did in the past just to gain attention and players before making the final blow of victimizing.
