This will definitely result because you are dealing with shit coins or maybe you are trading. Trading is not long term, you will need to hold for years before you can day you hold for long term.

Or maybe because of the present bear market, it can last for a year but later the bull time will come. Just do not miss the boat before you will realize that. Do jot be like a person that will not invest firing bear market but later just want to invest after the bull market is over.

For altcoins, I will advice you to stay wmaway from many of them, especially the low marketcap ones. Do away with shitcoins.
