Your concern won't be an issue if you are not the person who sells or buys bitcointalk account from some random dude on the internet.
Plus, if you really want to avoid your account being stolen or hacked, you need to religiously follow what @tranthidung has mentiones. Create a strong password, stake your bitcoin address, and have an improved OpSec.
