It's very much likely that this guy is only fulfilling the signature campaign requirement of posting in the gambling section. I don't know whether I'm correct or not but it seems he doesn't know English at all, maybe I'm wrong as I haven't checked his full post history.
You're not wrong in the slightest--he obviously can't write English very well, which is why that first quoted post was just some vague random praise about Liverpool written with limited vocabulary.  Not that this sets him apart from about 80% of the forum; I'm just saying you're spot on.

Also, I don't think these are spam. What if any authentic/responsible (official PR manager of the casino) would do this post? Would they be counted as spam? No.
You don't?  Maybe I'm misreading something, but those posts sure looked spammy to me.  At the very least he's just a shitposter, because even if I were a gambler I don't think I'd have found anything of value in what he wrote.  As far as whether a casino rep had written those posts and would have been judged the same way, probably not.  But I think that's fair, because if you're promoting your own business that's one thing; if you're trying to get paid for a sig campaign by posting advertising for something that's not your project or related to the campaign you're in....that's different IMO.

Really, I write announcements in the Gambling section that fulfill the terms of the signature campaign. My knowledge of English is at an elementary level, so it is difficult for me to formulate my thoughts. Therefore, I copy announcements from Twitter. Also, I don't want there to be any misunderstanding with other forum members because of my poor English.

I am not affiliated with any casino and do not receive money for writing announcements.
Whoops, I should have read further before posting.  OK, so that is the reason you're posting those adverts.  The rest of you might think that's OK, but just imagine if every member of a sig campaign who didn't write English well were to start dropping those kinds of posts just to fulfill their campaign quota.  All we'd have all across the forum would be advertisements, and personally I'm here to read people's thoughts on things, not to be the target of people selling things.  I get enough of that off bitcointalk as it is.
