i had bought a VCC from you for charging on WISE , and its been 10 working days its in PAUSED state on WISE.
upon researching about this status "PAUSED" , it shows the VCC bank hasnt processed the money (probably no funds/or other issues)
i had paid you $28 , but as far i see , no money was inside in that VCC
