Why believe in a word when this is a well-known fact and it can be easily verified in this thread: [CHARTS] Brief monthly overview of the local boards activity. And this fact has remained unchanged for a very long time. Now it has already become worse, but earlier in the Russian locale up to 3,000 merit were distributed.
