I see more people in forum are starting to report issues with Duelbits holding their money and letting customers wait for days with no explanation.

Wait? The last time I replied to sasky was about a week ago, and yet Duelbits still has no replies?
Aside from their support/live chat, the only way I can think of to follow-up his concerns is thru joining their Discord channel. I have seen OverRaz (Manager) and Raven (Support) are pretty active in the server. But yeah, almost 4 weeks of waiting is quite concerning.

https://discord.gg/S2trsdEdAs far as I understand on how support typically handle this kind of issue, They usually just tell you to be patient about the update and they will suggest you to connect only via mail since that’s the only official way to update or send concerns if live support can’t handle your issue. 4 weeks is indeed frustrating and not acceptable to handle this kind of issue because its too long to decide and investigate to a single account alone.
