To my knowledge one case exists in the forum where KYC has taken time (8-9 days) without completion and then there is this case, which seems to have taken 27 days without a resolution. Both of these allegations are important, both need to be looked at and investigated to understand what is going on because Duelbits has an otherwise excellent reputation.

As mentioned in the other thread, I re-iterate here the same for you:

I am wearing a Duelbits signature therefore I have a moral obligation and ethical duty to take an interest in what you have claimed. Before making a statement I need to understand what you are claiming has happened, I need to study the images. I also need to understand what Duelbits has claim happened but as their representative has not been active here for 20 days they might not return to make a specific reply to a specific case. I hope they do.

Anyway, after going through the images I will post back here with an opinion on the matter as I understand it.
