I think Roobet is more leaning to follow authorities rules with implementing KYC than getting more profit from Non-KYC lover.  They don't want any headaches in the future so they rather implement it early on and besides those who trust Roobet will have no problem with KYC implementation.  They maybe missing out on those kind of gambler(non-kyc lover) but it is better to be safe from any future problems.

Roobet was one of the earliest big crypto casinos to implement KYC and after that a lot of casinos have followed their way. It is a bit of a pity as the whole goal of crypto casinos was to gamble anonymous compared to fiat bookies while full KYC is always required.
Maybe we can’t totally skip the regulations and that’s why most of the gambling site today slowly implementing the KYC, though it kills the purpose of being anonymous but we have no other choice but to follow or else you’re still with the site that didn’t require any KYC. Time will come, we will see of other countries will continue to regulate cryptocurrency, if this things happen most probably KYC sill become a major problem of many gamblers.
If there’s another regulations requiring Roobet to intensify the KYC requirement, most probably they will implement it again without announcing ahead of time so the gambler will have no choice but to comply. If KYC is still your problem and you don’t really want to fill up that form then Roobet is not for you. Some site is still KYC though we can’t know how long they can stay on that requirements. Just gamble with small money if you don’t want KYC, this can prevent you from losing big money if the site decide to freeze your account because of KYC requirements.
