Thankfully there has been a reply in the other thread: Duelbits Casino does not want to confirm my KYC - withdrawal not paid

The user in question in that thread will not be allowed to withdraw funds because Duelbits is conducting an investigation. After their investigation is complete they and/or the OP will no doubt update us. I think they are in to day 9 of their investigation.

It must be stressful for you having to wait 27 days for an investigation with no completion date in mind but just to bring to your attention a case in which LTC Casino was accused of withholding 1496 LTC. The terms at LTC Casino stated they can take up to 90 days before completing an investigation. To my knowledge Duelbits has not added a time limit to their investigations and maybe this is one of the things they can look at add a number of days they expect all investigations to be completed.

In your posts I could not find the reason they gave for asking KYC? Did Duelbits suspect you of irregular betting patterns?

Hi sale2000,

We are glad to inform you that your KYC has been verified. The delay in your withdrawal being approved has been due to our Sportsbook Provider witnessing irregular betting patterns on a match that you placed a bet on and are currently running an investigation via their Integrity Unit. We will keep you updated as per the outcome of the investigation and in the meantime the withdrawal function will not be made available. Please be aware that Duelbits does not condone fraudulent activity on our site and we reserve the right to ban and hold funds from players who participate in this type of behaviour.
