.....one thing that will happen for sure if they actually go to court, is Twitter will have to actually disclose accurate bot figures...as I am sure that will be brought to the fore, or at least Twitter will face some serious scrutiny there, with somebodies neck(s) on the line. I am not so sure they want to do that.
Elon Musk went into a deal and tried to back out with a lame excuse. That does not sound like a winning case. But Twitter does have a lot to lose.
Wait, What? That looks like an expenditure sheet. What am I looking at? He bought 1000 less Bitcoin in June 2022? So you're saying this is the sign he was going to sell off his Bitcoin?
