What is going on with Duelbits and should we start to worry about them?
I see more people in forum are starting to report issues with Duelbits holding their money and letting customers wait for days with no explanation.
Their forum account is not active since July 1, so I can't see any official reply from Duelbits.
First one guy created a topic on July 10, and then I see one more complaining on July 16:

This one had been answered by Duelbits, KYC was successfully verified but the third-party bookmaker is doing the investigation. So the decision of duelbits will be final when the bookmaker proved that there are no fraudulent activities done by the complainant.
While the first one was still in the process and the suppor make sure for the complainant that they are still on it.
Right no change also still the live support today said to me ( we not forget you)
