Who exactly is the new team? Haven't heard from Saul in a while.

At the moment, this project needs a manager who is unbiased and able to make decisions objectively, and a team that will work together. The Manager makes the final decision and the team cooperates to achieve the goal. At the moment, we just have a mess and too much infighting and name calling. The coin will go nowhere at all with this behavior.

I'd like to see a list of exactly who is on the team, and do we actually have the rights to this coin.

Each member needs a defined role, and the Manager/Team leader collects all the info, data, and ideas. He listens to all members of the team and then makes a decision based on this. The decision is then supported by the team as a whole (even if you individually don't agree). There should allways be the ability to Disagree with the Manager, whilst still employing the teams goals if you want to change something. We need to think of this as a company, and doing what's best for the company. If you are designing a Logo, Ad, Website or anything, but someone else can produce better. Then the manager has the right to choose what's best and right for the coin.

We still have too many egos. We all have an ego, but we need to try and take a step back and look at it from an outside viewpoint.

Ok, send me a list of who is on the team, and their role and from there we can start to operate a little more constructively and organised. Remember, we ALL have the same end goal here. Doesn't matter who paints the artwork, as long as it's great when it's finished!
