Whether is is true or false, it doesn't really matter in the slightest, to me at least. Whoever chooses to liquidate their bitcoins are making a financial decision based on their investment plans, this does not influence the decision of other holders, or should not.

Elon tweeting about Bitcoin, or liquidating Tesla's holdings should not either; It's their investment plan, not yours.
