Maybe it's summer time and they have short stuff to investigate all suspicious cases, but I don't like waiting so much for anything.
From latest information posted by Dueltbits account they resolved one case with lower amount, kyc verification was completed and customer confirmed everything was ok now.
There is still a problem with different customer that complained about much higher amount of 16k and situation is not resolved because they are doing investigation for almost one month!
