Bayern Munich are very interested in signing Harry Kane and Nigel Klinsmann is very keen of having Kane play for his side. The only and major issue is that he's very expensive and Bayern doesnt generally splurge that kind of money unless absolutely necessary. He still hopes maybe in the future, there might be a chance to sign Kane.

Tottenham have been very active in the transfer marketing signing more players to reinforce and make the team fit for next season's competitions. They also have a young and talented coach that respects Kane. The fans see Kane as a legend because of his consistency and quality. Bayern Munich is a great club but they might be able to snatch Kane from Tottenham next season if the later club fail win a trophy or qualify for the Champions league.
