Hello everyone, I've been using online sportsbooks for a while now, but I wanted to know how do you know how to trust those sites? What do you look for in them, what are some red flags for you, that kind of stuff. Hope it makes sense and please share what are your favorite online sportsbooks.
In my gambling experience, I do not experiment with my hard earned money. I trust sites that are trusted by majority of people and that have lasted long and gathered reputation in this forum. By this I do not have to worry whenever I deposit money and I will not want to be jumping from one site to another because of bonuses.
The red flag I avoid is any site that does not have active customer care for complaints. Even if things are not going well or you will scam me, atleast someone should be behind the computer and be responding to me, it gives hope than no one cares at all.
Active support either inside the site chat or in email form as long as there is someone who's responding
and giving you an update will give you some hope if you have any issue with your balance, it's not easy to trust but if you see that
the site or the representatives are willing to assist you, then it gives some enlighten to your concern.
Not having a steady customer representatives is a red flag for any company, no matter how active or reputable a company is, when there is no one to reach upto you when you encounter problems, you will start having doubts in the company.
Scammers once they rip you off majorly, they will leave you hopeless, so any company that has representatives helping you work out success when you are in trouble may not be out to scam.
