I know you meant well, but you should choose your words with more care. The accusation in sale2000's case was not confirmed, but the case was resolved in his favor. In other words, we can say that the accusation has been actually disproved.
Would it be successfully resolved? Since the accusation is valid and Duelbits had resolved the issue by confirming that Sale2000 will be able to withdraw his winnings. I think it was a third-party investigation since the issue was with one of the third-party sportsbooks and Duelbits can't just release the fund without that sportsbook confirmation that sale2000 is all clear.
