I think everyone can imagine that with so many financial transactions you can have doubts and some situations require special treatment and thorough explanation.
However, such investigations should have their own timeframe, and even if you can't reveal what the investigation is about, you should at least say how long it can last? After all, the user cannot wait indefinitely ..
