@xSkylarx people with criminal records can still do KYC is he/she funds is from a good source and never abuse the casino rules and regulations.

How can a casino say or prove that the money he's using is from a good source if the person already has criminal records? It's like saying the authorities won't arrest a criminal on an airport that is trying to escape because he doesn't violate any rules within the area.

If a casino allows him to play on their platform then they are risking their business that could result to a permanent closure once authorities knew it.

You are talking nonsense, just because someone has bad reputation in the past doesn't mean everything that they do right now is incriminated.

And why the freakin Roobet must verify their users of its criminal records.

There is some institution that deems bitcoin as non-fungible, and here Roobet as a business should comply with whatever the license or law that applied within its supported jurisdiction, which is why there are KYC and AML policies. If you don't like it and want to preserve your privacy, then simply get out.
Same thought. Criminal records is just a history of a person doing an illegal thing. As long as the gambler has no standing case or have fled it's punishment's, I think it won't bring a harm to any casino. I'm pretty sure that there are land based casinos who are allowing ex-convict to play at their casino. I have known because I have seen one (politician)  Roll Eyes. Also, I think that there aren't any casino that are straight up verifying the criminal records of every customer they have KYC'd.
Thats a personal thing which i dont really see for these platforms or businesses to make themselves involved on whats the past of their users in regarding with criminal activities or something in related.

As long those things are already resolved and they had chosen up to play into their place then i dont see for them to be prohibited or some sort.It is really just people are way too judgemental for them
to think off that these fellas could cause up some troubles but on general sense if they hang out just to have some gameplay then just let them be.

Business is business and personal things is something  that these businessowners wont really care as long they do shell out money then that what surely counts.
