Some minutes ago my Telegram went crazy with notifications due to this guy quoting and replying with nonsense ellipses.
Sorry if it's a nonsense question. I am asking because I don't know about such a Telegram Bot. How do you receive those notifications? Did he mention it on any posts? Did he quote your posts? If not, How?
