I think this covers everything except the time (in days) for conclusion. The title of the thread seems to be inaccurate because duelbits have not scammed the OP, on the contrary duelbits are in conversation with the OP explaining the reason for the delay in allow the OP to withdraw.

We take customer support very seriously & we wouldn’t withhold funds without good reason.
