Mute/Ignore exist for a reason. Report posts that break the rules.

Giving users the ability to censor other users is just gonna lead to abuse.

If you _really_ want to censor a user, just mass report them from multiple accounts. That'd nearly force the moderator's hand at removing the "community breaking" post.
