One place I know that have some zero to hero blockchain developer courses is Udemy, courses on Udemy are for sale, and I must let you know that some of the courses can be quite expensive, but I can assure you that if you get a good blockchain developer course and follow it diligently, you will actualize your dream of becoming a good blockchain developer.
I don't know how long OP will take this becomes a hero coder from a scratch but if OP is willing to learn about coding might possible in a shorter time because there's no shortcut to it, you need to take online courses like Udemy, watch video tutorials on Youtube or even read books and ebooks. Use tools that make it easy to learn. Understanding Bitcoin is very easy but when it talks into coding might be difficult and I didn't even try it myself.
