We never confiscate user's money even if he violated the ToS. At the moment of account closure - all deposits and withdrawals are being combined, and the final sum is let to withdraw. If the sum is negative, this means a player is already in profit.


How in hell then you blocked my account with my money inside? $5000 deposits, no withdrawals and $4000 still in account balance. How is this not a robbery? Please, do something @1xbit_official and help me to get my money!!
