No I dont think so, I sent you a ticket for more than 48 hours and you give no response till I write this post.
I do not want to complain but what you say that your support responds instantly is not really true (at least based on my own experience).
I'm trying to be positive, maybe because I sent the ticket on weekend so your support is on their vacation but it is on working days already, yet I get no response.
Is it because what I ask about is not that important or because I have not played with a deposit in your casino?
