Kohli is a cricketer and no body is giving bad remarks about his personal life. He married a Bollywood star and since then his performance is not good and main reason is he is focusing on things like acting and dancing. If kohli wanna come back to team then he surely need to perform well.
It is wrong to comment on his personal life. But the problem occurs when his personal life starts having an impact on his professional life. I don't know whether Bollywood influence has impacted his game for sure. But he needs to work on it now. Kohli has refused to admit that he is in trouble. Despite being out of form for 3 years, he hasn't taken any steps to regain form. I understand his hesitation in playing Indian domestic cricket. But why can't he play a few county games in England? At this point, players such as Cheteshwar Pujara, Washington Sundar and Umesh Yadav are playing for various counties.
This is strong point he has done nothing for improving his performance and still giving poor performance and with this suggestion he can take part in English Domestic season for having some practice and regaining his performance is not bad at all because this works for many players in past as well here BCCI is also can help him as they release him from International duty, and he joins any county where things could be in positive mode for his future and game.
