SCAM CASINO: SandBoxCasino.io

SUMMARY:On June 14, 2022 I deposited 0.21 BTC (approximately $4,700USD) in BTC at SandboxCasino.io. I had one hell of a gambling session playing hours of max bets on slot machines. I went up to $30K and then all the way down to $13K. I was playing really high-limit Mighty Gorilla Slot at $360/Spin. I then hit the bonus on the slot machine and won a whopping $118,512 USD!!!
In total I tried to cash out 5.8BTC ($127,000 USD). The withdrawal was cancelled with a note it they were investigating the win with the game provider. They also zeroed out my BTC balance so I could not wager and put “adjustment” as the reason. After not receiving any response from SandBoxCasino.io, I posted my story on their [Suspicious link removed] support forum and filed a complaint on Casino.Guru.
First the casino accused me of having a suspicious jackpot win that needed to be investigated by the game provider, then being part of a scam group, followed by needing shit-ton of KYC, then they accused me of using a mixer for my deposit, then they finally settled on the excuse of using a VPN, which violated their terms. In the end, the casino settled on the excuse that I violated their terms of service by using a VPN, despite the fact that they openly promoted VPN on their [Suspicious link removed] support forum. LCB.org and Casino.guru sided with me with my complaint, but I never received the $127,000 that I won fair and square. I haven't been able to concentrate on anything for the 1.5 months and it's completely unfair that sandboxcasino.io (Cyber Galaxy B.V. / AKA Owl.games) is not paying me for my fair win.

I won big playing high limit slots and won over $5,300. I played through my deposits over 3X. I submitted a withdrawal for $5,300 on June 9, 2022. Support Chat on the website said it would take 24 hours to process due to it being my first withdrawal.
JUNE 10, 2022: my account was suspended with the message "Your account has been suspended because we have detected suspicious activities."
JUNE 11, 2022: After emailing the casino, they reinstated my account and paid me my winnings. They apologized and said their system accidently flagged my wallet address (Coinbase) as possibly being associate with other mixer accounts. Once they dug further, they realized it was a mistake. The crazy part is they asked me for my USDT wallet address to send the $5,300 to, but then they accidently sent the funds to a BUSD Wallet! When I pointed out this error, they tried to help me recover them, but it was not an option since Coinbase is a custodial wallet and therefore, you can't get the private key. In the end, they sent me the $5,300 to the CORRECT wallet and apologiezed again!
JUNE 14, 2022: After the casino sent me the $5,300 and apologized for all the confusion, I developed a trust with them, so I deposited $4,700 and started playing really high max bets. I was able to turn the $4,700 into $127,000 with the help of a huge win on Mighty Gorilla Slot playing $360/spin for over 40+ spins before getting the bonus. I tried to withdraw a total of $127,000, but the funds were removed from my casino account pending verification from the game provider.
JUNE 15, 2022 THROUGH JULY 6, 2022 6, 2022: After not receiving the funds from the casino, I posted on their [Suspicious link removed] forum. They responded with the following:
-They needed multiple pieces of KYC, to include: 3 Pieces of government issued ID, 3 Utility Bills dated no older than 30 days, 1 Bank account statements showing transactions to Coinbase no older than 30 days, Proof of account holder of Coinbase account and that it's verified, Selfie holding piece of ID which todays date written on a piece of paper. Every comment on public forums by sandboxcasino.io states they are against KYC as evidenced by employee FrankBank’s post on bitcointalk.org where is promotes the casino. They posted on LCB.org that they have "no KYC policy". They later posted on Bitcointalk.org forum that they just wanted the KYC information so they could develop a profile of a scammer, which meant they never had any intention of paying me.
-I was part of a scam group that was previously banned from the casino. They based this on having the same IP address. I explained that I had the same IP address becuase I used a popular VPN service on the Apple Store that assigns the same Canadian IP address when used. I also quoted them on two LCB.ORG and BITCOINTALK.ORG forums where they said VPN was okay to use. After I posted about their public acceptance of VPN, they went in and deleted their BitCointTalk.org post, but not before I got a screenshot of it.

Sandboxcasino.io referenced four bitcoin wallet addresses they state are tied to me as being associated with banned Accounts. What they fail to mention is each one of these bitcoin wallet addresses belong to COINBASE!
These wallet addresses are used by Coinbase to send funds for millions of customers! When someone uses Coinbase, the funds come from one of these many wallets. These wallets have transactions of over $10 TRILLION USD! This argument is invalid because these addresses are used by every Coinbase customer who sends funds!

I sent an email to Owl.Games support team and they responded that they provide the software for Sandboxcasino.io, but stated that a different team manages sandboxcasino.io payments. Owl.Games also said that they sided with SandBoxCasino.io in their decision not to pay me! This is despite both casinos posting on their websites that they're owned by Cyber Galaxy.BV
- CASINO.GURU requested for Sandboxcasino.io to provide the game logs since SandBoxCasino.io made the alligation that the wins were suspicious, but they have never provided the logs despite Casino.guru reqeusting them multiple times.
-In the end, SandBoxCasino.io responded to LCB.ORG complaint and Casino.Guru complaint that the reason they were not paying me was because I used a VPN. After all the smoke and mirrors accusations, they settled on the VPN excuse. Both LCB.ORG and Casino.Guru called SandBoxCasino.io out and said this was not a valid reason to deny my payment because SandBoxCasino.io publically posted on multiple forums that VPN was okay. SandBoxCasino.io never responded after Casino.Guru and LCB.ORG Verdicts in my favor.
